Date Night at the Ro-De-OOOO!

JD took Oakley and I on a date to the Pioneer Days Rodeo: Tough Enough To Wear Pink night! Oakley had so much and can't wait to ride the sheep herself at the next rodeo!

During the rodeo Oakley asked questions such as "If baby bulls have horns then are they deers?", and "Why is that lady talking to LOUD?" (The auctioneer lady), and "Can I have some cotton candy?" (of course). She was so curious about the rodeo! Her highlight of the night was probably when she dropped her shoe beneath the bleachers and we had to fetch it. She thought it was so awesome to climb through all the bars. I remember thinking the exact same thing when I was little! Oh to re-live my childhood through my daughter is the BEST!!!

Happy Birthday Corbin

Happy Birthday to my main little man, Corbin! My baby brother is 5!!! Corbin has been camping almost weekend this summer and he loves it so we celebrated his birthday at Box Elder Campground with LOTS of family!! We had cake and ice cream, ate dinner, opened presents, and I created a super fun scavenger hunt!!!!

So much fun! Thank you everyone for coming and wishing Corbin a happy b-day. It was a huge turnout. Maybe we will make this an every year event :)

Baby Boy Brody

I would like you all to meet Brody Kevin Black-
He came out of my bestie's belly by cutting her shirt (as confirmed by Oakley) on June 9, 2012 weighing in at 9 pounds 15 ounces and 22 inches long!

Sara Evans, Boating, 4th of July

I got my dad Sara Evans tickets for Father's Day so we went to Wendover for a night of fun! I had such a great night with just the 4 of us I and can't wait to do it again someday!
